Web and identity
Plot 12
A website for the community garden behind the sports hall, built so a volunteer can update it in four minutes.
The brief
Plot 12 grows food for the campus kitchen and teaches people who have never held a trowel. Their website is a page from 2011 with a phone number in a JPG. They need a living site, not a monument.
What we need
A small identity, a seasonal planting calendar, a volunteer sign-up, and a content system that one person can run on a phone. Hosting has to stay free or close to it.
What you will do
Spend a Saturday in the garden, talk to the volunteers, design the calendar around how the beds actually work, then build it. You will pair with a developer if you do not write code. You will pair with a gardener if you do.
What you leave with
A shipped website with a real owner, a handover document that outlives you, and at least one meal made from something you did not grow.
How to claim it
Turn up on Tuesday at 18:30, say the name, and pick a piece. Mention Plot 12 in your note if you email first.
